We responded to a service call to remove a stuck washing machine hose that could not be disconnected due to corrosion and wear. Directional boring from the water meter to the interior of the garage. Cut the concrete. Supplied and installed a new shutoff valve. Supplied and installed a new water service line. Supplied and installed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV). Connected the water service line to the house. All work has been completed in a professional manner in accordance with standard industry practices. Additional work done: Additional work was required to complete this project. We initially attempted directional boring for approximately half a day; however, due to the presence of rock and granite, the work could not be completed using this method. As a result, we proceeded with hand digging to ensure proper completion. The work began from the left side of the garage, extended up to the ceiling, and continued along the wall to reach the water heater area.
